Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds on eligible orders within 30 days of receipt. No complicated forms — just reach out to our support team.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a full refund or priority replacement — your choice.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, we'll arrange a return collection and issue a full refund or send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Change of Mind: Not satisfied with your purchase? Returns accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used. This is required by pharmaceutical regulations.
Medications All prescription and non-prescription medications are non-refundable once the seal is broken or the product is used.
Personal Care Products Creams, lotions, and similar personal care items are non-refundable once opened or used.
Temperature-Sensitive Items Products requiring cold-chain storage cannot be returned due to integrity concerns.
Customised Orders Items specially sourced or prepared to your specification are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Most refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You'll receive an email confirmation at every step.

Reach out within 30 days of receiving your order via our contact form, email, or WhatsApp. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
Step 2
Return Authorization
We'll review your request and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with prepaid return label instructions by email — typically within 24 hours.
Step 3
Return the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your RA number. Drop it off at the nominated carrier within 7 days of receiving the authorization.
Step 4
Inspection & Refund
Once received, we inspect the return within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Our mistake? We cover it.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item — we pay all return shipping costs. No charges to you, no exceptions.

  • Damaged / Defective / Incorrect: Return shipping is fully covered by 72HrsPills. We'll send a prepaid label directly to your email.
  • Change of Mind: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Original Shipping Fee: The initial shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
